STAYC wrapped up their first world tour 'TEENFRESH' in Warsaw, Poland, on the 10th (local time).
Having kicked off their first world tour 'TEENFRESH' last year in Seoul and seven cities in the USA, STAYC continued their tour in January to Taipei, Hong Kong, and Singapore for their Asia tour.
Starting in London on the 3rd (local time), and moving through Paris, Berlin, and Warsaw, STAYC successfully completed their first European tour, feeling the global presence of STAYC through the warm reactions of local fans throughout the concerts.
At every performance, STAYC filled the excitement gauge of the audience with their energetic title songs 'SO BAD', 'RUN2U', 'Poppy', 'STEREOTYPE', 'Teddy Bear', 'Bubble', 'ASAP', and more. They also drew enthusiastic responses from fans with b-side stages like 'COMPLEX', 'Not Like You', 'LOVE', '247', 'LIKE THIS', which were rarely seen on music broadcasts.
Different dress codes for each region also added fun to STAYC's world tour. They engaged in direct communication with their official fandom, SWITH, and enriched their talks with topics targeting local characteristics and interests.
Especially, the tour featured unreleased songs limited to the world tour like 'Flexing On My Ex' and a cover stage of TWICE's 'FANCY', offering stages that could only be experienced live.
Moreover, they showcased STAYC's expanded musical capabilities with band version reinterpretations of their representative songs. STAYC stated, "We were able to safely complete our first world tour thanks to SWITH. It was a tour where we could grow and learn a lot. We are grateful to everyone who has sent us warm interest and support for STAYC anytime, anywhere."
Having finished their first world tour journey of about six months, STAYC is set to release new music through 'Spotify Singles' on the 15th.
Congratulations on a successful first world tour STAYC!!
But.....
I understand not going to Malaysia and Indonesia, there have been plenty of problems there. But no Japan? Where they already have 3 releases and multiple successful fan meetings and showcases. No Philippines? Where their last event in a venue with 3.2k capacity and very expensive ticket pricing was a sold out. What is High Up doing? So many wasted opportunities.
