The former CEO of OMEGA X is taking countermeasures against the boy group.
On March 19, Spire Entertainment held a press conference at their headquarters in Gangnam to clarify their position on the allegations of sexual assault made by OMEGA X against former CEO Kang. Spire Entertainment made the following statement:
"Former CEO Kang, despite being a victim herself, hesitated to file a criminal complaint and disclose it to the media because she did not want to portray the young members as criminals. However, as the speculations against former CEO Kang became excessive over time, we decided that we could no longer bury the truth and have the courage to release the CCTV footage of the sexual assault."
The dispute between OMEGA X and their former agency began in November 2022 when the group claimed through a press conference that Spire Entertainment's CEO had committed assault, sexual harassment, and forced drinking. Subsequently, OMEGA X filed for an injunction to suspend the effectiveness of their exclusive contract, winning the case in January of last year.
At that time, the court accepted the application for an injunction to suspend the effectiveness of the exclusive contract, judging that the basic trust relationship between the members and the agency had collapsed, making it difficult to maintain a normal contractual relationship.
OMEGA X transferred to their current agency, IPQ Entertainment, after the lawsuit ended in May of last year.

No idea what footage she has, obviously, but her other attacks on the group were all too public, filmed on multiple fan phones, and witnessed outside Korea. If she behaves like that in public, in a foreign country, how on earth does she behave at home on her own territory.
