On January 26, South Korean bandThe Rose successfully concluded their stop in Manila, as part of their 'Dawn To Dusk' world tour.
The quartet opened the concert with "Eclipse," followed by their performances of "Dawn" and "You're Beautiful." They also performed their fan-favorite and hit tracks such as "RED," "Back To Me," "Time," "Beauty and the Beast," "Sorry," "Sour," and "She's In The Rain," among others, concluding the show with "Wonder."
During one of the segments, Woosung complimented the audience's singing voice, saying, "You guys are truly Filipinos because everybody here is good at singing... Today's concert is The Rose featuring Black Roses."
Now that they've come far, the band looked back to where they started, "We've been together for 7 years. We started creating music in a place called Hongdae in Korea. We started performing in the streets. 20-30 people were there, and more than half of them were our friends. After 7 years, here we are, in front of you guys," they reflected.
They added, "Sharing our energy and our music... We really believe that this is the beauty of music. Music is healing. Music could move people's hearts. And music finds people. I think we are all here because of music. We're all connected through music. Thank you so much for coming."
"We will cherish this great love and energy tonight. Thanks for taking the time to be part of this wonderful journey. I hope you had a great time like us today. Black Roses, we will go wherever our music takes us," The Rose relayed.
After their show in the Philippines, The Rose is set to grace the stage in several other countries including Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, the UK, France, and more. They are also part of Coachella's lineup, set to take place later this year.
The Rose's 'Dawn To Dusk' in Manila was presented by Ovation Productions.
