(G)I-DLE's Minnie and Yuqi have recently encountered health issues, leading to necessary adjustments in the group's upcoming activities.
Cube Entertainment announced on the 26th: "Minnie and Yuqi unexpectedly had to visit the hospital this afternoon due to sudden health problems and fever symptoms. Following the medical team's advice, we have paused all scheduled events, and the members are now focusing on getting enough rest and receiving treatment."
The statement further added, "We deeply apologize to fans who have been looking forward to (G)I-DLE's comeback. We are prioritizing the health of our artists, and we will keep you updated on any changes to our schedule."
With the well-being of Minnie and Yuqi as a primary concern, the representatives expressed their apologies for the inconvenience caused to fans eagerly awaiting (G)I-DLE's return. They emphasized that upcoming plans will be carefully adjusted with the health of the artists as the main focus.
Despite this health setback, (G)I-DLE had recently released their pre-release track 'Wife' on the 22nd and is preparing for their second full album '2,' set to be released on the 29th.
