Following a recent announcement by ATTRAKT, there have been approving voices from Korean netizens who promised to support the company's new girl group.
As previously reported, ATTRAKT's CEO has managed to secure a substantial overseas investment. On September 4th, the company announced that they would soon begin auditions for a new girl group project. ATTRAKT commented, "We are embarking on a debut project to launch a new girl group. All members of the new girl group will be selected through an audition program, and the entire process will be shared with the public." CEO Jeon Hong Jun commented, "I believe we have to continue making new content for the investors who have believed in and supported the company, the staff who are working hard in the field, and for the future of the company."
Many people are eagerly looking forward to this new development and they have taken to popular online communities to express their support. Some of the comments are: "If I want to become an idol, I think I'd go apply to this label."
"I hope they do well so they could show that their management was what led to success."
"I will be streaming for sure once they debut."
"I hope it goes well for him this time."
"I think this new girl group already has some publicity. Anyone would at least listen to it once given what went down with the previous group."
"It's really rare to see any company getting this much support from the general public lol well done FIFTY FIFTY."
"I think he should reach out to one of the biggest broadcast stations to collaborate the audition with."
"I wonder if he could attract good candidates. Won't all the good talented ones already be trainees under a label?"
Has this ever happened in Kpop history? A group fucking up so badly that the company has not only gained investments to start a 2.0 of the group, but also gain the support of netizens? Like, goddamn.
