Byun Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon have been cast in a new time-slip romance series coming to tvN, titled 'Pick Up Sun Jae and Run' (working title).

Based off of a webtoon series, 'Pick Up Sun Jae and Run' tells the story of a top celebrity who meets an unfortunate death at an early age. In order to save him, a woman travels back in time. 

Byun Woo Seok has been cast as Ryu Sun Jae, South Korea's hottest celebrity equipped with visuals, talent, and charms. Although he rose to top-tier fame almost immediately after his debut, life as a celebrity wears him out, leading him to an unfortunate death. 

Kim Hye Yoon takes on the role of Lim Sol, a woman who became a fan of Ryu Sun Jae one day after finding respite in his voice on the radio. One day, she hears news of Ryu Sun Jae's death. She is then transported back in time by chance to when Ryu Sun Jae was 19-years old.

'Pick Up Sun Jae and Run', scripted by Lee Si Eun of 'True Beauty', is coming to tvN as a Mon-Tues series some time soon.
