On May 26 and 27, iKON successfully wraps up the Tokyo stop of their 'TAKE OFF' World Tour with three sold-out shows at Tokyo Garden Theater, once again proving their popularity in the country. The Tokyo concert is only the first stop of iKON in Japan, who is meeting their Japanese fans again at Osaka in July.
iKON performed for around3 hours for each show, the first show on the first day on May 26 and a 2-part show on the 27th. The energy stayed on the roof, with iKON opening the performance with their signature hype tracks, the latest 'TANTARA' and 'SINOSIJAK' accompanied with enthusiastic cheer from the fans.
As this was a Japan concert, the members, particularly Bobby and Jinhwan, took the opportunity to talk about their solo activities in the country. The group's rapper Bobby is set to perform in the country once again for the encore concert of his Japan solo tour '~SiR~ : REBOOT' in November. Jinhwan also talked about the opening of his solo fan club, which signals his solo debut happening anytime this year.
That's where they get there majority of their profit, stream counts and fanbase from so it's not surprising. YG promoted them in Japan nonstop when they first debuted. If it wasn't for Japan, they would probably not be together right now.

If they are really popular in Japan, why not do it at the Tokyo Dome? One Tokyo Dome equals more than 5 of their current concert.
