NCT's Jeno will be the 1st K-pop idol to open the runway for the New York Fashion Week Show. 

Fashion designer Peter Do confirmed that NCT member Jeno will be opening the runway for his upcoming Spring/Summer 2023 show at New York Fashion Week. Peter Do previously worked with NCT 127's Johnny for his attendance to the Met Gala, and he will once again show his highly anticipated collaboration with SM Entertainment for his upcoming show. Fashion designer Peter Do recently stated in one press release, "It was a natural choice to have Jeno open the show. Jeno embodies the Peter Do man — multifaceted, confident, and a trailblazer. I have so much respect for these artists because there is so much time put into their craft that people simply don’t see."

In addition, Peter Do's collaboration with SM Entertainment will feature Red Velvet's Seulgi, as well as Shohei and Eunseok of SM Rookies, as special appearances at the event. 

Peter Do’s SS23 presentation will take place on September 13.
