Kim Se Jeong could be returning to TV very soon!

According to industry insiders, Kim Se Jeong has been cast as the lead of the SBS drama 'Today's Webtoon,' which is a remake of the 2016 Japanese drama 'Sleepeeer Hit!'. However, her agency Jellyfish Entertainment has since clarified that she has yet to accept the offer, but is currently in talks.

'Today's Webtoon' tells the story of a webtoon editing department employee struggling together with her colleagues as she chases her dream of becoming a true webtoon editor. If Kim Se Jeong accepts the role, she will play On Ma Eum, a new contract employee who scored a highly competitive position in the webtoon editorial department.

Meanwhile, Kim Se Jeong first made her acting debut in the KBS teen drama 'School 2017' and most recently starred alongside Jo Byeong Gyu in the OCN drama 'The Uncanny Counter.'
