Popularly dubbed as the “Idol of Idols” BTS V is an inspiration to many artists in the Korean entertainment industry.

Over the years, numerous artists from all around the world have also come forth, noting V as their inspiration.

One such artist is Sofia Abrogar the vocalist of a five-member alternative pop group from the Philippines called “Any Name Is Okay”.

Sofia stated that their song “Vivid” is inspired by the singers' admiration for BTS V.

In a brief twitter conversation with Cosmopolitan Philippines  Sofia spoke about her love for BTS and noted member V as her ultimate bias.

Discussing the song “Vivid” and how V became the inspiration, Sofia said “In the beginning, I wanted to write a hopeful love song. At the time, I didn't really have anyone in my life to write about in that way, so I decided to make Taehyung an inspiration!”

She further added: “The first verse is really the only verse that made it [from] the first draft of the song to the record, so I'd say that [only] *part* of the song is about Taehyung."

Sofia is not the only artist to share their affection for V. Isyana Sarasvati, an Indonesian singer-songwriter, also came forth, admitting their admiration.

In an interview with her partner, Isyana was asked about her celebrity crush, to which they unhesitatingly replied with “BTS V!”

Another Indonesian star, actress Gege Elisa has also showcased her love by posting side by side edits of her and V. 

 Teresita Marquez, a Filipino model, dancer, actor and the winner of 2017 Miss World pageant continues to show her support for V since she fell in love with the star after watching him on the KBS drama “Hwarang”.

V’s charms truly have no boundaries! It is incredible to see that V is not only an inspiration to idols in the Korean industry but to artists across the globe as well.
