Yoo In Suk, the CEO of Yuri Holdings and the husband to actress Park Han Byul, reportedly arranged prostitutes for Jung Joon Young.

On March 15, 'KBS News' reported they found traces of prostitution in the messages between CEO Yoo and Jung. 

Back on December 25, 2015, Jung Joon Young sent his address to Yoo and asked when his 'present' is arriving. The messages read as follows:

Jung: (sends address) Do I just send her back after sex? 

Yoo: Yes lol

Jung: She must be an expensive one.

Yoo: Yes lol

Jung: Okay, is she coming now?

Yoo: Yes. In 30 minutes.

(30 minutes later)

Jung: Hyung, why is the present not coming? hehehe

'KBS News' also revealed messages between Jung and CNBLUE's Jonghyun and reported Jung seemed to have also engaged in prostitution overseas.  

 
The messages from April 7, 2016 reads as follows: 

Jung: Ah Berlin is fun. I hung out with prostitutes. 

Jonghyun: lolol crazy lol Did you sleep with them? lol

Jung: Yeah lol The girls are good. There are many Romanian ones."

Meanwhile, Jung Joon Young is being investigated for illegal filming and distribution of unconsented content. If proven involved in prostitution, Jung is capable of further punishment.
