On March 31 at 2:04 AM KST, not too long after actress Yoon Ji Oh posted about her need for strengthened police protection, the official web page went into a temporary maintenance, putting a halt on the number of recommendations made by the public.
The maintenance has been scheduled to continue for the next 3 hours.
Consequently, the public will not have access to the Blue House petition web until then. The current number of recommendations for Yoon Ji Oh's petition is at 164,200.
If the maintenance goes according to the schedule, the web page will resume around 5 AM KST.

Was this is a scheduled maintenance or was this maintenance suddenly scheduled? I'd like that confirmed before I raise an eyebrow at President Moon since he said he wanted a thorough investigation.
