BTS member J-Hope continues to connect with fans in Japan, reaffirming a long-standing friendship during his tour.
J-Hope is currently performing in Saitama, Japan, as part of his concert series 'Hope on the Street in Japan'. The tour has drawn major attention, even landing on the front pages of prominent local newspapers.

On April 21, J-Hope also shared photos from the concert venue on social media, delighting fans. Among the standout photos was one featuring Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi.
The two posed casually in white shirts and knits, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans, who commented things like “So heartwarming!” and “This feels like real friendship!”
Their connection dates back to 2018, when BTS sang the theme song 'Don’t Leave Me' for the Japanese remake of the drama 'Signal', in which Sakaguchi starred. Since then, Sakaguchi has frequently attended BTS concerts and fan events, and the two have maintained their friendship for seven years and counting.
J-Hope kicked off his 'Hope on the Street' world tour with a Seoul concert in February. After attracting approximately 178,000 fans across six North American cities, he is now continuing the Asia leg and is scheduled to perform at Kyocera Dome in Osaka on May 31 and June 1.
With each performance, J-Hope pours his heart and passion into the stage — and his enduring friendships continue to move and inspire fans around the world.
