The upcoming KBS 2TV drama '24-Hour Health Club' set to premiere at 9:50 p.m. on April 30, is a heart-pounding, muscle-building romantic comedy that follows Do Hyun Joong, a passionate gym owner who dramatically transforms the lives of emotionally burdened gym newbies.

On April 21, some members of the main cast —Lee Jun Young, Jung Eun Ji, Lee Mi Do, and Lee Seung Woo— shared key highlights and reasons to tune in ahead of the premiere.

Lee Jun Young, who plays Do Hyun Joong, a once-world-class bodybuilder now running an outdated gym, said, “I hope viewers will pay close attention to how Hyun Joong, who’s clumsy in everything except fitness, grows throughout the story.” He described the show as “rough but adorable,” adding, “There were so many moments during filming where I thought, ‘This is kind of cute.’”
Jung Eun Ji plays Im Mi Ran, a gym newbie who joins after a shocking breakup. She made headlines for gaining and losing weight for the role. “I hope viewers enjoy it as it is,” she said. “It’s not a complex or heavy drama—you can watch it with a relaxed heart. Especially if you’re passionate about fitness, you’ll definitely relate and laugh a lot.” She described '24-Hour Health Club' as “always open,” saying, “Just like the gym, it’s a space where you can come anytime, laugh, relate, and sometimes find comfort. I hope people drop by and enjoy it whenever they can.”

Lee Mi Do and Lee Seung Woo, who portray the gym’s dynamic duo, also chimed in. Lee Mi Do, who plays long-time member Rosa, said, “Every character in the show reflects people living in today’s world. As you watch, you’ll find someone who reminds you of yourself.” She added, “24-Hour Health Club is all about strength. It’s a high-energy show that will inspire viewers to strengthen both their bodies and hearts.”
