Singer Brian shared that his newly built 990-square-meter (approx. 10,600 sq ft) house has not one, but three laundry rooms.
On the April 21st episode of Channel A’s Four Seats: The Best Friends Docu-mentary, singer and painter Solbi invited her close friends—Lee Min Woo, Brian, and Kwon Hyuk Soo—to her home.

Brian, who is waiting to move into his new house, described it as “built like a resort.” Lee Min Woo reacted with amazement, saying, “The 19-pyeong (approx. 630 sq ft) swimming pool feels like something you'd see in an American home.”
Brian explained that he doesn’t enjoy traveling abroad and wanted to bring the resort experience to his home. When Kwon Hyuk Soo asked why he didn’t like traveling, Brian answered, “I have a fear of flying.”
Brian promised to invite his friends over once the house is complete, even suggesting Kwon Hyuk Soo come early to help with setup because “you’re good at cleaning.”
Lee Min Woo jokingly replied, “If we’re having a party, shouldn’t we be making a mess?” Brian assured them he plans to hire a cleaning service afterward.
When asked whether he cleans daily, Brian said, “If the place is already clean, there’s nothing to clean.”
Regarding maintenance of the lawn and pool, he added, “There are robot pool cleaners and even robot lawn mowers now.”
Later in the show, Brian surprised his friends by revealing, “I have a laundry room on every floor.”
Kwon Hyuk Soo asked, “Don’t most people just have one?” to which Brian explained, “There’s a guest laundry room in the basement and on the first floor, and my personal one on the second floor.”
Solbi questioned, “Why would guests need a laundry room?” Brian explained that when his family from the U.S. visits, they’ll be able to use them.
