On March 29th, Joongang Ilbo reported that the police additionally booked Seungri on charges of distributing obscene materials and that he admitted in a police investigation that he shared the illegal image claiming "I didn't shoot it myself, I just sent the photo received"
The next day, on March 30th, Joongang Ilbo published another article containing statements from Seungri and his lawyer addressingthe alleged photo shared in one of the KakaoTalk chat room. Seungri's statement as reported by Joongang Ilbo [In response, Seungri said "I never filmed it". During the police investigation, Seungri is stated to have said "I admit the alleged distribution of the photo but it was just a photo I received from an acquaintance in the chat room"]
Seungri's lawyer also spoke to Joongang Ilbo over the phone and he stressed that "The only thing Seungri posted was a photo" The lawyer added
"The uploaded photo is one that he (Seungri) received from an acquaintance in the KakaoTalk chat room. Moreover, the photo was not taken secretly".
However, a few hours later, these statements were conveniently omitted out of the article.
Another part of the article published on March 30th, quote
"Currently, Seungri has been confirmed to have posted one photo of a naked woman on the KakaoTalk chat room in December 2016"
However, SBS previously reported the photo was shared on June 12, 2016 not December 2016.
These discrepancies showed as if Seungri shared multiple photos but from the article posted by the media themselves indicated there was only one photo shared by him in one of the KakaoTalk chat room but apparently each of them has a different idea of when is the exact date he posted said photo.
PS: Allkpop, please don't delete this. You still have not delete the article on false update on TOP last year when you used pictures of him in 2014. so, please don't delete this :)

...well then i suppose soompi, naver and every other news site under the sun translated the article wrong too, cause they all said the same thing, that he admitted to sharing the photo, honey plz get some help, ive seen you make and post other articles like this too, you are obviously having a hard time coping with reality , i know its hard, especially if youve been a fan for a very long time, its hard on anyone when a person you love and respect turns out to do bad things, but we have to come to terms with it , he already admitted to what he did, you trying to nit pick every detail isnt gonna make him innocent, he himself admits his guilt why must you hurt more people with articles like these, let the court and the police handle this plz and thank you. and i think allkpop has every right to delete this article if they wish too, its not official news its just your two cents on the controversy that no one asked for
