CEO Lee Moon Ho of 'Burning Sun' club has taken legal action.
On February 8, the legal representative of Lee revealed he has taken legal action against Kim Sang Kyo and the woman, who claimed to be assault victims, for defamation of character and false allegations.
Lee's side stated, "The respondent suffered from major damages due to false information and accusations on drugs, etc." Lee also plans to sue around 100 netizens who left malicious comments regarding 'Burning Sun.'
'Burning Sun,' the club operated by Big Bang's Seungri, has been making headlines for issues on drug use and assault. Recently, Dispatch uncovered disturbing messages exchanged among 'Burning Sun' employees. Meanwhile, Seungri has apologized and explained his position on the issue.
The idol stated, "I have never seen nor heard of such talks, so if I must be questioned during investigations, then I will actively participate in the inquiries and hope that anyone who has committed a crime gets their rightful punishment."
Of course they’d try and stop the victims getting justice. There’s enough evidence of all of this happening. Fucking awful human beings they are.
Seungri should also be held accountable for this. Vile men... Just admit your wrongdoings
