YG Entertainment has confirmed that Big Bang's G-Dragon will be opening a new 'G-Dragon cafe', plus a bowling alley, on Jeju island!
Reports stated that G-Dragon participated in not only the businesses' designs, but also planning, interior decorations, building construction process, and more, for the upcoming new 'GD cafe' and 'GD bowling alley', set to open in February and March of this year respectively. The 'GD cafe' will also house G-Dragon's brand 'PEACEMINUSONE' in its logo design.
The idea for the 'GD bowling alley' came about due to G-Dragon's wishes for more recreational businesses on Jeju island, for touring families. Both businesses have been preparing to open for the past year, with G-Dragon visiting the island periodically to check the preparation process.
As previously reported, YG Entertainment again clarified that the former 'G-Dragon cafe', which was housed inside the Monsant De Aewol cafe, is now a separate business run by a new owner. All of G-Dragon's previous involvement with the Monsant De Aewol cafe came to an end at the end of 2017.
