She posed in simple, yet stylish fashion items paired with gold jewelry, and chatted in an interview about what she's been up to lately. The actress was also asked about the efforts she puts in to maintain her beauty. She answered, "Of course, you have to exercise and take care of yourself. But the most important thing is how you feel. If you don't feel peaceful, it shows on your face. I take care not to become too stressed, or beat myself up too much or fall under pressure. To me, hearing someone tell me 'You look bright today?' is like hearing 'You look pretty'." 

What is Shin Min Ah's method of maintaining inner peace? "I also have trouble finding inner peace, and worry about it often. But I think it's important to protect myself and cherish myself. Even if you don't like something about yourself, you comfort yourself about it. In the past, I used to think comforting myself like that might be being too fond of myself, but honestly, if I don't cherish myself, who will? It's necessary to worry about yourself like you'd worry about others. We're all lonely and alone. We all get along the best with ourselves. You just have to try to get along," she said, adding in laughter at the end.
