On May 9, NCT's Jaehyun visited a poll site to vote for the next president of South Korea. He was in line waiting for his turn when he was bombarded by avid fans holding professional-looking zoom lens cameras hoping to capture the perfect angle.
Wearing masks, the girls surrounded the poll site clicking the shutter button away at rapid speed.
Upon witnessing the unusual encounter, a netizen posted the incident on an online community board. Netizen A commented, "Fans had the nerve to enter the poll site and take pictures of an idol. The representatives warned them to stop taking photos, however, the fans ignored them and did not stop. I quickly cast my vote and left the poll site because I was angry."

Another person mentioned, "I overheard one fan even calling up another on the phone saying that 'he might take the elevator so be on standby and get ready to shoot.' I felt bad for him."
Fans are getting out of control going to extreme measures, just to get photos of their favorite idols. Even GOT7's Jackson suffered a back injury after getting in a car accident back in September 2016 when sasaeng fans stalked him.
