Both Suzy and Kim Woo Bin thanked fans of the show for sticking it out until the end of the series, evoking a bittersweet feeling. Suzy wrote on her Instagram, "#Can't believe it's 'Uncontrollably Fond's last episode..." and shared a picture of a bunch of sticky notes with the words "I loved uncontrollably and I will fondly remember. Thank you, #'Uncontrollably Fond" written on them.

Kim Woo Bin also relayed his sadness on the ending of the drama through a picture he posted on Sidus HQ's Instagram. With a selfie of himself smiling in front of a large 'Uncontrollably Fond' poster, Kim Woo Bin also thanked the fans. He wrote, "Thank you for showing love for 'Uncontrollably Fond' until the end. Please stay healthy! I love you all."
