On April 25, Lovelyz shared thoughts on their comeback following their special performance at Blue Square Samsung Card Hall. 

Lovelyz's 2nd mini album 'A New Triology' was released at the same time as TWICE's new album 'Cheer Up'. The girls spoke up regarding the unavoidable competition with the fellow girl group. Jeong Ye In said, "We made a comeback at the same time as TWICE. I want both of us to be in a win-win situation." Seo Ji Soo added, "We are now companions with TWICE. I hope both groups can succeed."

Then, the group made a special promise for if they earn a 1st place win, as Ryu Su Jung said, "We will give free hugs at a place where we can closely meet our fans if we win 1st place on a music program."
