Enes Kaya thought he could make a comeback easily, eh? Doesn't seem to be the case as his new agency is already dealing with a large headache regarding their newly signed entertainer.
It appears that reports have recently come out stating he had been cleared of pretending to be a bachelor, but this was not the actual case. A woman, hereby called 'A', clarified that he had been cleared of something entirely different, but he has indeed pretended to be a bachelor to get close to women.
On November 18, she relayed her desire to clear up the reports that said he was cleared of pretending to be a bachelor to approach the women with whom he had affairs. She said, "It is not true that Enes Kaya has been cleared of pretending to be a bachelor; that is incorrect. I had not sued Enes Kaya for pretending to be a bachelor. There are no criminal laws to punish against pretending to be a bachelor; if such laws had existed, I would already have sued Enes Kaya for pretending to be a bachelor with the other female victims.
"What I did sue him about was the obscene messages he sent to me through KakaoTalk. At the time, I was not aware of this truth, but I realized this truth in April this year and immediately sued Enes Kaya for spreading obscenities through correspondence. The offense of spreading obscenities through correspondence that [I sued Enes Kaya for] this April (special law covering crimes of sexual violence, article 12): words, sounds, writing, drawings, videos, and even items that bring up feelings of aversion or sexual shame and are sent through items of correspondence such as the phone, mail, computer, etc. with the intention to arouse or satisfy sexual cravings for yourself or another person. I sued him for this and forwarded my intentions for a lawsuit to the prosecutors at the police station. The prosecutors found there was a lack of evidence regarding him from about two years ago, so they cleared him and I sent a written appeal yesterday to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office to object to that."
However, this did not mean he was excused from claiming to be a bachelor. 'A' continued, "Last Friday, Enes Kaya's agency released an article stating that he has been cleared of pretending to be a bachelor . . . and this falsity is being distributed in heaps through which it seemed like he did not pretend to be a bachelor, and the articles came out as if Enes Kaya had been entangled in wrongdoings against women, so [these women] had unfairly written false charges; the truth is being distorted like the other female victims and I have lied. It is self-evident that Enes Kaya has lied about being a bachelor; not only I but also a lot of other female victims have, at the time, done interviews with many media outlets and revealed evidence."
She went onto say that she was completely at awe and had thought how brazen he was when she found out he was making a comeback with the idea he no longer had any reason to hide. "Enes Kaya did not acknowledge his toying with tens of Korean women, did not apologize, and has not self-reflected; and therefore, the victims nor the public has forgiven him - how much must Enes Kaya look down on Korean people to try to leap over all of these steps and return to Korean TV," she concluded.
