A dog was found abandoned in the streets with a handwritten letter from its owner. As the story has been circulating online, netizens couldn't help but to frown at the irresponsibility.

The online photos show a white puppy tied to a wooden pillar where a written notice was attached. On the notice the owner wrote, "Hey! Here's a very pretty puppy up for grabs". The writer then introduced the age, name, and species of the puppy. The letter continued with an explanation stating, "I just moved into my new place, but due to some miscommunication with the landowner, I learned that I am not allowed to have a pet (not even for a day). You should adopt, the dog is very well-mannered."

Meanwhile netizens are sharing their feelings with comments like, "Abandoning�an animal is not right,"�"Where is this? I would adopt that puppy," and, "Wow the owner really had no shame".
