Rumors currently state that Thunder has ultimately decided to walk his own path, and will return as a solo artist and producer in the future. Fans are also speculating whether MBLAQ will continue as a trio, or find replacements to join the group.
J.Tune Camp has also just come forward with their first official statement on the matter. A representative from the company stated, "Lee Joon will still be participating in the November concerts. We will be taking all of the members' wishes and considerations, along with the agency's decisions to come to one final conclusion. Our agency will also work hard to make the best decision for MBLAQ." The rep concluded by stating that a full statement will be released as soon as a final decision is made.
Aside from the representative's statement, J.Tune Camp has also come forward stating:

We are giving our official statement in regards to news of Lee Joon withdrawing, and MBLAQ's break-up reported earlier today.
It is true that Lee Joon's contract is coming to a close, however Lee Joon's departure has yet to be decided officially, as discussions are still going on.
Due to the nature of Lee Joon's decision, it is excpected that Lee Joon will participate in all of MBLAQ's activities, including their November concerts.
Lee Joon is discussing with the agency his thoughts, future plans, goals, and career. We plan to come to a final decision together, taking Lee Joon's opinion as well as other MBLAQ members stance on the situation.
J.Tune Camp will announce future decisions through official statements.
We ask for your continued love and support for MBLAQ."
Though the statement includes news on Lee Joon, no statement has been made in regards to news of Thunder's departure.
[UPDATE]
J.Tune has clarified that they are in discussions with BOTH Thunder and Lee Joon as related to their withdrawal from the group.
