Refusing to back down, company 'A' was revealed to have filed an appeal to the Seoul Southern District Court on July 24. The company, which has changed its law firm for this appeal, revealed to media outlet Star In, "During the first legal ruling, it was announced that the actor and his agency would each be liable for damage compensation. Then, after an objection was brought up, a trial took place after which they say that the claim will be dismissed, something that is very hard for us to accept. We will clearly shed light on this situation even if we need to take the case all the way to the Supreme Court."
