Her company said on its official Twitter account, "What! 'Running Man' filming at the Busan Film Festival? No no~ it's a special event for the fans. A chance for the fans to tear off the nametag! Moon Geun Young out?"

It appears that the 'Running Man' nametag had been affixed to the back of her dress for the blue carpet. It features her autograph, as well as a personal message from the actress herself.
