Back in August, JYJ's Yoochun and actress Son Ye Jin had been offered the leading roles for the upcoming MBC drama, 'I Miss You'. Even though Son Ye Jin turned down the offer, C-Jes Entertainment revealed that Yoochun has been confirmed for the leading role of Han Jung Woo.
C-Jes Entertainment said, "Yoochun has finalized the confirmation to play the male leading role of Han Jung Woo in the drama 'I Miss You' that is scheduled to start airing in November."
'I Miss You' is about a woman and a man who live with the pains of a love that had been snatched from them at age 15. Yoochun's character Han Jung Woo, is a detective who has an easy personality but is sometimes shameless. He misses a woman, but he chases criminals down like a hunter. C-Jes Entertainment said, "His strong acting has been proven in many works, and it's combined with the fact that he's known all over the world. He's going to show a good image to the viewers through this project with another acting transformation."
Yoochun debuted as an actor in 2010 through the drama 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal', and continued to act in dramas such as 'Miss Ripley' and 'Rooftop Prince'. As his acting has been well received every time, fans are looking forward to his role in 'I Miss You' as well.
