For the first time in a year and six months, soloist Younha opened up her concert, 'Run', and spent an enjoyable time with her fans.
Held at the AX Hall on July 28th, the concert was in commemoration of the release of her new 'Supersonic' album and to welcome her back from a long hiatus. From the opening to the encore, the concert was said to have been brimming with the cheers of her fans for the entire two hours and 30 minutes.
Younha paid back her fans' support with impressive stages that showed off her powerful vocals. Fans gave her a round of applause for each performance of "Run", "Supersonic", "Have We Changed", and "Sonagi". Younha also thought to show her skills as a singer/songwriter by working with a live band and playing instruments like the piano and guitar to make her performances extra special.
Ahead of the last performance of the show, she touched her fans by shouting, "I'll always be running for you!"
She continued, "Out of nervousness and excitement, I made some mistakes and lacked in some aspects, but this was a dream-like opportunity to be with my fans after such a long time. My excitement refused to die down even long after I got off the stage, as every moment was filled with emotions that choked me up. I'm thankful that I have fans that listen to my songs and support me right before my eyes."
Younha will continue on to Busan on August 11th.
