On July 1st, Boyfriend successfully completed their debut Japanese showcase at the Budokan!
The boys made the biggest K-Pop showcase debut to date by gathering 40,000+ fans, over four days, at one of the biggest concert venues in the country. Ahead of their official Japanese debut on August 22nd, Boyfriend opened up 'First Date with Boyfriend in Japan' to a remarkable success.
Boyfriend opened up the show by arriving on a gondola against a large-scale LED background before going on to perform their Korean hits. The crowd went wild once the boys began performing Sweetune and Matsui Goro's first collaboration track, "Be My Shine".
KARA, the Wonder Girls, SISTAR, INFINITE, and MBLAQ had even sent the boys special congratulation messages on their showcase.
The boys are currently promoting 'Love Style' in Korea while counting down to their Japanese debut. Stay tuned for more updates!
