4men's Shin Yong Jae deeply impressed the original singer of the song he was covering on December 3rd's episode of 'Immortal Song 2'. Shin Yong Jae performed Choi Baek Ho's "Isn't It So", which he felt had great artistic merit. "The song is extremely sad and I like that feeling of desperate loneliness," he explained. "I wanted to express the solitude of a lonely autumn gentleman." Shing Yong Jae stood on stage and blew the audience away with his acoustic guitar and amazing vocal talent, effectively expressing the feel of a cool, solitary man. Choi Baek Ho praised Shin Yong Jae's performance by saying, "I was pleasantly surprised, because this song was the one I was most worried about. It's extremely difficult to sing, but he pulled it off really well." Since "Isn't It So" was personally written by Choi Baek Ho himself, he felt extra moved by Shin Yong Jae's excellent cover. "I reminisced over the days when I wrote the song, and nearly teared," he said. UPDATED with video of Shin Yong Jae's performance, as well as of Davichi's Lee Haeri, ALi, K.Will, Huh Gak, Brian Joo, and SG Wannabe's Lee Suk Hoon! Source & Image: My Daily via Nate
