Having dropped her comeback track "Black & White" back in January, G.NA performed her final stage for the song on last night's "Inkigayo". Before she left, however, she met with reporters for an interview on concluding her first official album, and to bid her fans farewell. She began, "Having to go on stage knowing that this is the end makes me more sad and nervous. I gained so much through this promotion period, but it feels like it's all ending too fast. I actually feel both refreshed and upset because I want to continue standing on this stage. Regardless, I'm glad that I was able to show confidence in who I am through this album." G.NA's most remarkable feat this round was managing to land in the top echelon of the charts, despite fierce competition from other idol groups. While marvelling at her own success, she expressed that it was an opportunity for her to reflect back on her career and her life. "I was afraid each time my parents told me to just come back to Canada, but now I finally feel as if I've reached my destination, although it took a long time getting here." Another aspect she's gained through this promotion period was a better grasp of the Korean language. Having previously had to keep what she wanted to express inside of her, she's now able to converse more freely with her friends and fans. "I know that it's not necessary to listen to everyone, but I do try to take in everything and reflect it through effort." She continued, "As opposed to exploding with something big, I'd rather just earn something little by little and slowly begin to fill myself. All of my experience leading up to this point has become my blood and skin. Although I'm afraid that I'll be forgotten once I stop promoting, I'll be turning my passion towards working on my next album for all of the fans that will wait for me." G.NA concluded, "Once more time passes, I think I'll finally feel that it's necessary to briefly leave the stage. What I'm disappointed about is that I wasn't able to show who I am in my entirety, but I know that there needs to be disappointment in order for me to work towards satisfaction next time. Please look forward to my next album!" Source: TV Report via Nate
