After revealing the secrets to his new diet recently, singer Wheesung has finally unveiled his results!
He tweeted, "Have my fans worked on their weight for the past 3 weeks? I've lost 7 kg (15 lbs) ^^ My body feels so much healthier now too."
Wheesung posted photos of the results, and added, "Don't do it all at once, and when it gets too hard, rest for a day and eat as much as you want~ Exercise should always be done happy happy~ Don't strain yourselves."
The singer's diet includes lots of water, lean cuisine, and a very intensive workout.
