With TVXQ leader U-Know Yunho taking on a lead role for the Goong musical as Prince Shin, fans have been anxious to know how the idol would fare in such a move. A press conference for the musical was held this afternoon at the Seoul Imperial Palace Hotel on June 16th, to which the entire cast showed up and talked about various subjects. Most of the spotlight was of course put on Yunho as he spoke up about why he wanted to participate in a musical. He said, "I have experience in dancing, singing, and acting, and with these three expressions, I think I can really convey true emotion." He then continued to state, "At the start, I wanted to try many different areas. When it came time to choose, I was really hesitant, but in the end decided to choose a musical." Though this is his first time, he definitely has some useful experience with his participation in MBC drama Heading into the Ground and had strong beliefs of being even more successful with this soon-to-be added experience. Yunho will be working alongside Lee Chang Hee, Jung Donghwa, Seo Hyun Jin, and SNSD SooYoung's sister Choi Soo Jin. The musical will feature a variety of dance styles including hip-hop, jazz, and even traditional Korean. It begins September 8th, and will last for 7 weeks at the Seoul National Museum's theater.
