After two years of serving in the army, singer Eru (real name: Jo Sung Hyun) has finally returned as a civilian. Eru had enlisted back in May 2008 and had been serving as a public service personnel. He had given up his American citizenship in 2008 to do his national service. Upon his release this morning, he was greeted warmly by his famous trot singer father, Tae Jin Ah with a horde of reporters also waiting for his arrival. When asked about his immediate plans, Eru expressed, "It has been a good experience and I have had a good rest for the past two years. During my time in here, I have developed patience which I lacked in the past. I am ready to return as a singer and have been collecting a lot of good songs during my hiatus." While admitting that it was a burden to return as a singer, Eru also expressed his excitement and said that his album could be released as soon as July. [gallery]
