Korean music tycoon JYP, or Park Jin Young, appeared in KBS 2TV 'Sweet Night' on the 5th, wherein he answered a couple questions regarding 2PM, the second successful boy band produced under his management. When asked 'Among 2PM, who do you anticipate the most?', JYP replied Wooyoung.
"What has been seen of him until now isn't even half of his full potential. I don't think he understands how well he can sing and dance.When asked, 'Which member has exceeded your expectations?', JYP chose Nichkhun.
"Initially, Nichkhun wasn't trained to be a singer. I worried that his singing and dancing wouldn't be able up-to-standard, but now I don't even have such thoughts."JYP also spoke about 'Rice Cake Gorilla,' a nickname he earned during his stay in U.S. with the Wonder Girls.
"While living in America, I felt a lot of loneliness. I didn't want to eat American food so instead I only ate Korean food. I ended up eating a lot of rice cakes and that image was captured in photos. However, I don't eat as much rice cakes now."While I trust JYP's judgment about his own proteges, I personally believe the title of 'most anticipated member' is more appropriate for someone like Jaebeom. Although he is no longer an official member of 2PM he is, after all, the one that 2PM and Hottests alike are eagerly waiting for.
