Amid an industry where rigid contracts often strain relationships between companies and artists, INFINITE is setting a new precedent by unveiling groundbreaking terms through its venture, INFINITE COMPANY. Established in 2023 under the leadership of Kim Sungkyu, the company now holds the trademarks for INFINITE, its dedicated fandom INSPIRIT, and the branding for numerous concerts and fan meetings.

Artist-led companies are renowned for their empathetic, artist-first approach. During an appearance on the YouTube show "Bbapsaho" alongside Girls' Generation’s Hyoyeon, members Sungkyu, Woohyun, and L addressed questions about their contractual arrangements. L revealed that the group operates without traditional binding contracts, relying instead on mutual trust and a shared vision. "We're doing this for INSPIRITs," L explained, underscoring INFINITE's unwavering commitment to their fans.

In addition, the members disclosed an unprecedented profit-sharing model: 90% of all earnings generated by INFINITE COMPANY is distributed directly to the artists—divided equally among the six members—while only 10% is allocated for company maintenance and staff salaries. Notably, CEO Kim Sungkyu does not take a separate salary, reinforcing the group’s dedication to fair compensation and operational sustainability.

The members emphasized that the creation of INFINITE COMPANY was driven not by financial ambition but by a desire to preserve their creative freedom and continue their collective endeavors without external constraints. Hyoyeon commented, "I like the sound of this company!" to which Sungkyu playfully responded, "Please contact us."
