Director Choi Dong Hoon's highly anticipated new action blockbuster, bringing together Korea's late Goryeo era with the current year 2022, has launched its first teaser trailer ahead of its summer premiere. 

'Ali+en Part 1', starring Kim Tae Ri, Ryu Joon Yeol, Kim Woo Bin, So Ji Sub, Yeom Jung Ah, Jo Woo Jin, Honey Lee, and more, simultaneously takes place in the late Goryeo dynasty (918 ~ 1392) and in the year 2022, due to the opening of a mysterious time portal. 

The teaser trailer above begins with a modern day vehicle falling out the sky in the kingdom of Goryeo, confusing a band of passersby on a horse. Next, Kim Woo Bin makes his dramatic entrance as an intergalactic prisoner guard, followed by a somewhat conniving, Goryeo dynasty priest (Ryu Joon Yeol) and a fiery warrior (Kim Tae Ri). The guard's mission in the year 2022 is to find, and safely transport, a rogue alien prisoner trapped in a human's body. Meanwhile, an ordinary detective (So Ji Sub) suddenly finds himself chased by aliens, all the while a priest and a warrior team up to get their hands on a mythical object, a.k.a an alien spaceship. 

A never-before-seen Korean sci-fi fantasy action project, Choi Dong Hoon's 'Ali+en Part 1' is coming to theaters in the summer of 2022. Check out the film's first teaser trailer above, and its first teaser poster, below!
