On April 26, the NewJeans fandom group Team Bunnies released an official update regarding its ongoing efforts to take legal action against malicious online activities directed at the group and its members.
According to Team Bunnies, additional lawsuits and complaints were filed on April 25 based on reports and monitoring of harmful content across various online communities and social media platforms, including Instiz, Theqoo, DC Inside, and FM Korea. The malicious posts reportedly contained false information, defamation, racial discrimination, and sexual harassment.
In a related development, the complaints that were filed earlier on April 11 have now progressed, with an investigator officially assigned to the case. Authorities have executed warrants to obtain identifying information of the users responsible for the posts, and responses to these warrants are currently being processed.
Team Bunnies emphasized their commitment to protecting NewJeans and their community from defamation and harmful behavior, and stated that they would continue to pursue strong legal measures.

Official statement of Team Bunnies:
