The covers for the June 2024 edition of Cosmopolitan Korea were recently revealed, featuring NCT member Mark.
The photoshoot was part of a collaboration with French luxury jewelry brand Boucheron, and Mark modeled the brand’s newest pieces with style.
Mark, who recently made his solo comeback with “200,” also discussed his creative process and experiences with Cosmopolitan.
“There are so many different things I want to do, whether it's rapping, singing, or dancing. As a solo artist, I think my identity as Mark is transparent. I realized that making a solo song is an experience where everything I do, from writing lyrics to singing, is transparent. I felt like my inner self was exposed.”
When asked what defines him as a soloist, Mark stated, “I'm still figuring it out, and it's not all clear yet, but I think that's reflected in my music. I don't think my solo album next year will have a single concept or feeling, but rather a lot of different things that I can do that are within my reach. I think that might be the right stance for the first album, because it's also meaningful to record the journey of finding my own personal color.”
The June issue of Cosmopolitan, featuring exclusive photos and interviews with Mark on everything from his solo music to his faith, will be available in stores starting on May 22, and will also be available on Cosmopolitan Korea's website.
