It was recently revealed that all five NewJeans members had submitted petition letters advocating for Min Hee Jin to the Seoul Central District Court. Although the exact contents of the petition letters are currently unknown, it has been revealed that the NewJeans members wrote the letters to support Min Hee Jin. The members’ parents also participated in voicing their support for Min Hee Jin, filing additional petition letters.
After this latest development in the HYBE-ADOR conflict, K-netizens have been discussing the NewJeans members’ actions in showing their support of Min Hee Jin.
"Wow, Min Hee Jin, you're a bad person. You shouldn't have dragged these kids into this. There are minors in NewJeans, and you're just using the kids as a shield."

"Wasn't it the sentiment of the real mother in the Judgement of Solomon who gave up her child because she could not kill it, even though she would leave it in other people's hands? How is it different from the behavior of a false mother who wants to split her child in two? Even if NewJeans submitted a petition, Min Hee Jin should have stopped it. If a statement from NewJeans is necessary, it should be submitted by NewJeans's parents, not NewJeans themselves."

For once I agree with the netizens, regardless if MHJ is in the right (which I don't think she is TBH) why did she allow them to make the petition? She would've been aware it would be made public so....why wreck this for the young people you care so much about??🙄
I'd also call out her allowing whichever parent/s come out in support of her. Again why let this come out?? It will only ultimately effect the idol and NJ 🫠
Also, while public opinion currently is mostly in support for MHJ.... Even when K-netizens support or pity idols....the pity doesn't last long and usually ends with the idol/s being 'tainted'. It's gross, but a trend that doesn't seem to be changing 😪
