See this fine-looking lady up there above? Sorry folks and die-hard "Late Autumn"-shipping fans, but she's off the market! Korean director Kim Tae Yong has recently announced that he will be marrying this super attractive Chinese starlet Tang Wei, breaking the hearts of many fanboys all around the world.
"He must have saved the universe in his past life," is how many Korean netizens have responded to the news. Tang Wei is a talented actress who first made her big break in Director Ang Lee's acclaimed movie "Lust, Caution". This 2007 thriller features a star-studded cast, including names like Tony Leung, Joan Chen, and Wang Lee Hom (insert fangirl squeal here; sorry not sorry).
Kim Tae Yong himself is also a very successful man and is a particular critic favorite in Korea. Mr. Kim and Ms. Tang actually met on the set of what came to be a commercially successful Korean movie--"Late Autumn" (2010). Mr. Kim directed this movie with Ms. Tang as the leading lady, playing opposite of Hyun Bin. Check out the trailer for the romantic drama below and watch the sparks fly between the on-screen couple.

Both Tang and Kim released a joint statement stating that they became close after getting to know each other through their working relationship. They're both currently working hard in improving their Korean and Chinese respectively.
