BLACKPINK's Rosé has been reaching one milestone after another with "APT", the lead single with Bruno Mars from her debut solo studio album, 'Rosie'. She has dominated national and global charts, as well as various Billboard charts, and this time "APT" shines once again with a masterful new achievement.
With the recent release of the latest Hot 100 chart, the mega-hit "APT" has once again managed to hold onto the No. 6 spot, marking its 12th consecutive week in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, a feat only established many years ago by the talented PSY and his acclaimed "Gangnam Style." This means that both songs have tied for the longest-running Top 10 hit by a K-pop Soloist of this important US chart.
That's not all as Rosé's "APT" has managed to rack up a total of 21 weeks inside the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the Longest-Running Song by a K-Pop Female Soloist in this chart after surpassing her friend Jennie's "One Of The Girls" (20 weeks). At the same time, "APT" has surpassed BTS's "Butter" to become the Fifth-Longest-Charting K-pop Song in Billboard Hot 100 history.
Rosé and Bruno Mars’ “APT” has also managed to chart at #2 again on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Excl. US, marking its 21st week on both charts.
