In a recent episode of 'You Quiz on the Block,' Song Hye Kyo and Yoo Jae Suk recalled an interesting story about their relationship from 25 years ago.

Yoo Jae Suk revealed, "We met at Bennigan's (a restaurant chain)" and Song Hye Kyo chimed in asking, "Do you remember?" Yoo Jae Suk continued, "Since (Song) Eun Yi is my friend, she asked me to have a meal together, and she said, ‘Can Hye Kyo join too?’ so we met briefly." 

However, Song Hye Kyo denied this, saying, "No, that's not what happened. Oppa, you said, ‘I’ll treat you all, let’s gather,’ so that’s how we all met." Yoo Jae Suk, flustered, responded, "Did I really say that?"

The episode featured various stories about Song Hye Kyo’s past, capturing viewers’ attention. Anecdotes from her school days, when she was known as one of the "Eunkwang High School beauties" alongside Lee Jin from Fin.K.L, were shared, as well as tales about her close friendships with celebrities like Kim Hye Soo and Suzy.

The episode also delved into her journey from her debut at age 17 after winning a school uniform contest to her rise to superstardom. During the talk, Yoo Jae Suk praised Song Hye Kyo pointing out that she had been a top star as soon as she debuted. He explained, "Starting the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s (you were a top star)," but Song Hye Kyo hilariously stopped Yoo Jae Suk in the middle saying, "Oh stop it."

She also candidly shared her experiences working on major projects like 'Soonpoong Clinic,' 'Autumn in My Heart,' 'All In,' and 'The Glory,' detailing key turning points in her acting career and discussing her most recent works.

Song Hye Kyo also opened up about the emotional toll caused by rumors and gossip and revealed how she overcame them through a five-year personal journey of self-discipline and reflection.

Yoo Jae Suk, captivated by her stories, praised her by saying, "You really get drawn into Song Hye Kyo’s storytelling—it’s like falling into a deep talk swamp."
