SHINee's TAEMIN took home three awards at the Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) on November 16, 2024. The awards he received were:

• Best Artist 🏆
• Best Solo Artist 🏆
• Best Popularity Artist 🏆

Taemin was particularly surprised to win the third award, but the cheers from his devoted fans filled the venue as he accepted the trophy. This popularity award was determined entirely by global fan votes, and Taemin secured over 61% of the votes, showcasing his immense international influence.

Currently, Taemin is in the midst of his First World Tour, "Ephemeral Gaze," which began in late August 2024 and runs until March 2025. Covering 24 cities across 19 countries, this tour is a must-see for his fans, known as TAEMates. Judging by the incredible performance he delivered at the KGMA, anyone who hasn’t bought tickets yet should act fast!

At the KGMA, Taemin also gave a highly anticipated special stage performance, teasing beforehand that it would be “BOLD.” True to his word, Taemin delivered a performance that was nothing short of spectacular.

The set began with “Heaven,” featuring the breathtaking finale seen in his concert performances. Next, Taemin performed a rock-inspired version of his latest track, “Sexy In The Air,” showcasing his unparalleled stage presence. He concluded with “Guilty,” where his live vocals and captivating choreography left the audience in awe.
