DAY6’s Dowoon announces end of paid fan communication platform “Bubble.”
On October 26th KST, Dowoon conducted a personal live broadcast on his social media, where he opened up, saying, “I’m going to address something serious. No excuses; it was my mistake.” He mentioned the paid fan communication platform “Bubble” and admitted, “Since it’s a paid service, I should have been providing regular communication. However, I wasn’t very active and didn’t interact as often as I should have. I’m not sure if it’s right to continue.”
After discussing with his company, Dowoon announced his decision to stop using Bubble for now. He added, “I might come back to it after a break, but if I do, I’ll approach it with a stronger sense of responsibility.”
He also explained that he intentionally avoided sending messages this month to allow fans the option to receive refunds. “I found out that refunds aren’t automatic and need to be requested. I’m really sorry about this. Please apply for a refund, and it will be processed,” he said, apologizing sincerely and adding that he hopes to prepare a small gift for fans to make up for it.
Regarding his decision, he shared, “I need to take care of myself at this point,” but assured fans, “Please don’t worry about me. I’m figuring out how to stay personally healthy.”
Meanwhile, DAY6 is currently on their third world tour, “DAY6 3rd World Tour Forever Young.”
