It has been confirmed that SHINee member Minho purchased Tierra House, a luxury residence in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, from actor Ha Jung Woo for 5 billion KRW (approximately 3.5 million USD).
According to News1 on April 15 KST, the transaction took place in May of last year, with the official transfer of ownership completed in August.
Tierra House is a high-end apartment complex consisting of only 15 units. Each unit has a private floor layout with an exclusive area of 244.91㎡ (approximately 2,636 sq ft) and a total supply area of 304.48㎡. Located on the southern end of Hannam Bridge, the property offers panoramic views of the Han River and features five bedrooms, including a walk-in closet, and three bathrooms.
No mortgage was registered on the property, suggesting the transaction was made entirely in cash.
Ha Jung Woo originally purchased the property in 2013 for 2.7 billion KRW (~1.9 million USD), meaning he likely gained a profit of around 2.3 billion KRW (~1.62 million USD) from the sale.
An industry insider commented, “It’s highly likely that Ha Jung Woo used the profit from this sale to pay the remaining balance on his unit at 'Upper House Namsan' in Yongsan District last year.”
