Big Bang members Taeyang, Daesung, and G-Dragon (GD) reunited for a special three-member performance.

On September 2nd, Taeyang posted photos on his Instagram with the caption "THE LIGHT YEAR IN SEOUL." The photos captured the playful and affectionate bond between the three members. Notably, G-Dragon was seen giving Taeyang a back hug, displaying their close friendship, which warmed the hearts of fans.

Fans reacted enthusiastically, leaving comments like "Thank you for coming back," "So happy," and "BIGBANG IS BACK."

On the first day of Taeyang's solo concert, 'TAEYANG 2024 TOUR 'THE LIGHT YEAR' IN SEOUL,' held on August 31st and September 1st, Daesung appeared as a guest, performing hits like "BANG BANG BANG" and "FANTASTIC BABY" alongside Taeyang. On the final day, G-Dragon made a surprise appearance, thrilling the audience with a performance of their unit song "GOOD BOY."

This marks the first time the three members of BIGBANG have performed together as a unit. 

Previously, Seungri left the group in disgrace following his involvement in the "Burning Sun" scandal, and T.O.P also departed after facing legal consequences for marijuana use, leaving BIGBANG with just three remaining members.
