The K-pop group IVE has solidified its status, evolving from a group beloved by children to one that resonates with the broader MZ (Millennial and Gen Z) generation.

On August 10th and 11th, IVE held an encore concert for their first world tour titled 'SHOW WHAT I HAVE' at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

The group initially kicked off their world tour last October at Jamsil Indoor Stadium and went on to meet fans across 27 cities in 19 countries, including stops in Japan, Asia, the Americas, Europe, and South America. The encore performances in Seoul and Tokyo marked IVE’s remarkable achievement of performing at KSPO Dome and Tokyo Dome just two years after their debut.

The concert opened powerfully with the group performing their hit song 'I AM' while dressed in all-white outfits. 

Fans erupted into cheers, seemingly forgetting the sweltering weather. Liz expressed her happiness, saying, "It’s been 10 months since our last concert, and I’m so glad to finally meet our Korean DIVE (fan club name) again." 

Wonyoung added, "We’ve been busy touring overseas for the past 10 months, and I missed our Korean fans so much. Thank you for coming."

The concert was enhanced by a live band session, adding depth to IVE's performance. They showcased a medley of their hit songs, including 'ELEVEN', 'Accendio', 'LOVE DIVE', 'Kitsch', and 'After LIKE', along with a rock version of 'ROYAL'. 

Fans were also treated to songs like 'Blue Heart' (co-written by Wonyoung), 'Off The Record', and 'NOT YOUR GIRL'.


IVE recently garnered attention for their live band performance at Lollapalooza Chicago, one of the major music festivals in the U.S., showcasing their improved skills. Rei reflected on this, saying, "We prepared a new album and stage while on tour, and I feel like we’ve grown a lot."

Rei shared her thoughts on the tour, saying, "I was worried if we could successfully complete this tour during the 10 months of traveling around the world. But standing here today, it still feels unreal. Despite the summer heat, the scene created by DIVE is as beautiful as cherry blossoms in spring. We owe everything to our fans, who always give us endless love and support. We’ll continue to grow as a group."

Wonyoung expressed her mixed emotions, saying, "I wanted the encore concert to come quickly, but at the same time, I wished time would slow down so I could prepare myself. Now that this moment has come, it feels unbelievable. I’m grateful that DIVE is here to create this special time with us. Just as I gain strength from DIVE, I hope you all gain energy from our 2-hour performance. Let’s continue to create great memories together."

As the concert drew to a close, Yujin added, "It’s sad to think that the tour is ending. I’m not sure when we’ll meet again, but I love performing and can’t wait to see you all again soon. I’ll keep working hard. I’m also truly grateful to all the staff who worked so hard alongside us."

IVE, often referred to as the 'Kids’ President', filled the venue with the cheers of young fans, many of whom addressed the members as "unnie" (older sister) or "noona" (older woman), creating a lively atmosphere. 

Outside the venue, parents waiting to pick up their children surrounded Olympic Park, with some even displaying their children’s names on screens to help them find each other in the crowd.
