'Queen of Tears' actress Kim Ji Won is one of the most popular names in the industry right now.

On March 28, Good Data Corporation reported that Kim Ji Won, known for her current role in the drama 'Queen of Tears', secured the top spot in the TV-OTT drama cast popularity category, based on various online surveys gauging netizen reactions. For two consecutive weeks, Kim Ji Won has held onto her first place position with a popularity rate of 9.4%, narrowly surpassing Kim Soo Hyun's 9.0%.

Notably, supporting actors Park Sung Hoon (11th place), Kim Jung Nan (18th place), Kwak Dong Yeon (30th place), and Lee Joo Bin (35th place) have also experienced a significant surge in popularity compared to the previous week.

Since its premiere, 'Queen of Tears' has rapidly gained popularity. It not only topped the TV-OTT drama popularity category for three straight weeks but also topped both the integrated drama and non-drama sections. The drama's popularity score reached 63,000 points in the third week of March, marking the highest record to date.

In Good Data's weekly surveys measuring popularity and search responses, 'Queen of Tears' secured the top position across all 15 categories. Specifically, the drama claimed the first rank in the TV-OTT integrated popularity category and the four individual sections - news (media responses), VON (netizen posts and comments), videos (video clip views), and social media (Twitter responses). The TV-OTT search response survey revealed that 'Queen of Tears' was the most searched title by both male and female audiences, spanning from teenagers to those in their 50s.

Cha Eun Woo, previously ranked 3rd in popularity, came in third place once again for his role in the MBC drama 'Wonderful World'. Jeon Jong Seo and Moon Sang Min came in 4th and 5th place respectively through their roles in the tvN drama 'Wedding Impossible'.

Other actors who ranked between 6th and 10th in popularity included Ahn Bo Hyun (Flex X Cop), Jang Da Ah (Pyramid Game), Kim Nam Joo (Wonderful World), Kim Ha Neul (Nothing Uncovered), and Kim Ji Yeon (Pyramid Game).
